Join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 8 am for a 5k Race and a 1k Kids Fun Run in Maryland Farms, supporting ALS Charities!
Prizes go to the top three men and women in the 5k!
AGE GROUP PRIZES ADDED THIS YEAR!
The top male and female finishers in each age group: 18 & Under, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60+ will win prizes.
In the 1k Kids Fun Run, the top three finishers in each age group, 6 and under, 7–9, and 10–12, will win prizes.
TShawStrong was founded by Tim Shaw, a six-year NFL veteran who spent three seasons as a linebacker and special teams ace with the Tennessee Titans. Tim was diagnosed with ALS in 2014. Both TShawStrong and the 5k to Beat ALS share the mission to raise awareness for ALS and generate funds to help find a cure while keeping administrative costs low.
Together, we will raise essential funds and awareness for a cause that affects those diagnosed and their families. By joining the race, you’ll help support ALS Charities.
