Join us on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 8:00 AM in Maryland Farms for the 5k to Beat ALS and 1K Kids Fun Run benefiting ALS Charities.

Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Overall Male and Female finishers in the 5K, plus the Top 3 Male and Female in each age group: 18 & Under, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60+.

Kids Fun Run Awards: Top 3 finishers in each age group: 6 & Under, 7–9, and 10–12.

TShawStrong was founded by Tim Shaw, a former NFL linebacker and Tennessee Titan who was diagnosed with ALS in 2014. The mission of TShawStrong and the 5K to Beat ALS is to raise awareness and critical funds for ALS research while supporting local families affected by the disease.

Every registration helps provide hope, raise awareness, and move us closer to a cure.
